Svarnim Wood Pressed Oils is primarily a walk-in store at Undri, Pune. We also offer home delivery within Pune for orders above a minimum value, and occasional shipping to select cities. All oils are carefully packed to ensure they reach you fresh and undamaged.
1. Delivery Areas
- In-Store Pickup (Preferred): Visit us at Shop B2, Ganga Fernhill, Nyati County, Undri, Pune 411013. Fresh oils, no waiting, watch it being pressed!
- Home Delivery — Pune: We deliver within Undri, Kondhwa, Hadapsar, Kharadi, Wanowrie, Magarpatta and nearby areas.
- Pan-India Shipping: Available on request for large orders (minimum 5 litres). Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.
Best experience: We strongly recommend visiting our store. You can watch the Lakdi Ghani in action, choose your oil freshly pressed, and take it home warm. There is nothing like it!
2. Shipping Charges
- Order ₹800 and above (Pune local): FREE delivery
- Order below ₹800 (Pune local): ₹50 flat delivery charge
- Pan-India (large orders): Actual courier charges apply — quoted at time of order
- In-store pickup: Always free, always fresh
3. Delivery Timelines
- Pune local delivery: Same day or next day depending on order time and availability.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually delivered the same day (within Pune).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next working day.
- Pan-India: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier partner.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or weather disruptions.
4. Packaging & Handling
We pack every order with care to prevent leakage and breakage:
- Oils are filled into food-grade HDPE or glass bottles with tamper-evident seals.
- Bottles are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in sturdy corrugated boxes for courier shipments.
- For local deliveries, we use double-sealed pouches or secure carry boxes.
- Each bottle is labelled with the oil variety, batch date, best-before date, and storage instructions.
- We use no plastic bags for in-store pickups — please bring your own bag or we provide paper ones.
5. Order Tracking
We keep it personal:
- For Pune local deliveries, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with an estimated delivery window.
- For Pan-India courier orders, we'll share the courier tracking number via WhatsApp or email once dispatched.

6. Failed Delivery
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule.
- If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be held for 48 hours. After that, you may need to pick it up from our store or pay for re-delivery.
