1. Products & Availability
Svarnim Wood Pressed Oils offers traditionally wood-pressed (Lakdi Ghani) oils including groundnut, sesame, coconut, mustard, sunflower, and safflower oils. Please note:
- All products are natural, cold-pressed and free from chemical additives, preservatives, or artificial flavour.
- Because we press in small fresh batches, specific products may not always be in stock. We will inform you before confirming your order.
- Product appearance (colour, aroma, viscosity) may vary naturally between batches due to seasonal seed quality — this is a hallmark of authentic wood-pressed oils.
- Shelf life and storage instructions are provided on each bottle. Please follow them for best quality.
2. Orders & Pricing
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price quoted at the time of order.
- Orders placed via WhatsApp or in-store are confirmed verbally or via message. Online cart orders are confirmed upon payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, or if there is a pricing error — in which case a full refund will be issued.
Fresh & made-to-order: Our oils are pressed fresh. Bulk or pre-order is possible for large quantities. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange.
3. Payment Terms
- We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Visa, Mastercard, and cash at our store.
- Online payments are processed via secure, trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- All payments must be completed before dispatch of home delivery orders.
- For in-store purchases, payment is collected at time of purchase.
4. Health Disclaimer
Our oils are traditional food-grade products. However:
- They are not medicines and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment.
- If you have specific dietary conditions or allergies (e.g., groundnut allergy), please consult your doctor before using our products.
- Svarnim is not liable for any adverse reactions arising from improper use, misuse, or individual allergies.
- Store away from children. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Svarnim Wood Pressed Oils is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Delays caused by external delivery partners or force majeure events.
- Loss of data arising from website usage.
Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.
